Pancakes With Sauteed Bananas And Whisky Honey Caramel Sauce

ED: Yes more PANCAKES! I can eat pancakes mondays to sundays breakfast lunch dinner 😀

Ingredients

Whisky Honey Caramel Sauce

  • 2tbs Whisky
  • 1tbs Honey
  • 3tbs Sugar
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 2tbs Water
  1. Saute Bananas Briefly with high heat in a little oil.
  2. Heat pan with low heat and melt sugar till caramelized. Care not to brown too much.
  3. Add water, honey and butter and combine.
  4. Add sauteed bananas and add whisky and flambe to cook off alcohol.
