Whisky Honey Caramel Sauce
- 2tbs Whisky
- 1tbs Honey
- 3tbs Sugar
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2tbs Water
- Saute Bananas Briefly with high heat in a little oil.
- Heat pan with low heat and melt sugar till caramelized. Care not to brown too much.
- Add water, honey and butter and combine.
- Add sauteed bananas and add whisky and flambe to cook off alcohol.
